I have been taking Marine Collagen Powder for 2 years now and have found my nails hair and skin have improved significantly. This is a good product and is easy to take having a scoop every morning in my coffee. At one time a had a break of about 1 month through medical issues and when I started taking the Marine Collagen again I notice how much it does help my skin nails and hair.
I have been using it for two years. It works well and no irritation. Highly recommend.
